You will need to quickly complete transplants without losing an exessive amount of blood. Step 2 – Get A++ rating on all procedures – The trophy Best Surgeon In The World will require you to get a A++ rating on each procedure. See step 4 for a list of the miscellaneous trophies available. However, there are a lot of miscellaneous trophies that you can go for, including some that you can get at the menu. You will slowly get better as you play and will start to feel a little more comfortable with the controls.ĭuring this step, don’t worry about getting A++ ratings or completing them within the required blood loss that will net you trophies. Each location has five transplants that you must complete, with a total of 5 locations. Once you successfully complete the first operation, the next one will be open for you.
